General
These conditions regulate and are applicable to all sales made by Chains and Sprockets.
The realization of any order suppose that you read and accept all terms of sale. You can print a copy of document, in order to facilitate future references as well as your knowledge
Prices
All the prices of products are in EUROS and except IVA. If you are a user, whose country is Spain the price shown with IVA included (if they had one). The prices can to vary in any moment and without notice the client.
The prices that have the products constitute an invitation to the client to make an order proposal, therefore, if there is an error in the same or they have been modified, Chains and Sprockets will inform the customer of such circumstance and will not process the order under expressly agreed by the customer.
Its possible that in your country or region customs charges are applies local taxes and another possible derivative of shipping or purchase of products
Returns and Claims
As established by current legislation (Retail trade management law), the term of return products will be of 14 natural days from the delivery of same.
For any return you contact with Chains and Sprockets, indicate the order indicator or the invoice number.
It Will be admitted the returns that comply the requirements
- The client should pay all the expense in case to return
- It must be a perfect condition
- The product to return it must be properly packed for your return.
Guarantee
All the products that we sell have a period of guarantee granted of manufacturer.
You must be informed us or the lack of confirmation in the term with two months of knowing about it.
This guarantee just cover the defaults of manufacturing or those that can be observed during a set time and with a normal use the product. Will be losing all guarantee if client give a bad use of product, manipulate, break, etc... In case of defective product, we Will according to the law, to repair, substitution, reduction of price or resolution of the contract, steps that will be free for the customer and user.
